This website and our concepts, such as Palm Mystery, are run by Puran Concepts. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Puran Concepts, and "you" means anyone using the website or buying from us.
Using this website
You may browse and share this website freely. Please do not copy its content for commercial use, try to get around its security, or send automated requests to it.
Buying from us
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. The price shown on the machine or on the checkout page before you pay is the price you pay. Current prices are on our Pricing page.
- Payments are made by UPI, cards or netbanking through our payment gateway, Razorpay. A purchase is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us.
- Each concept has its own detailed terms, which also apply when you buy there. For Palm Mystery: palm-mystery.puranconcepts.in/terms.
Delivery
We sell services, delivered on the spot at the machine or online. Nothing is shipped. A Palm Mystery reading is delivered on screen and as a printed slip within a few minutes of payment; the lucky colour plan is delivered on WhatsApp every day of the plan.
Cancellations and refunds
Our Cancellation and refund policy sets out when you get your money back. In short: if you paid and the service was not delivered, you get a full refund.
Entertainment, not advice
Readings, predictions and lucky colours from our concepts are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Our content
The names Puran Concepts and Palm Mystery, our designs, machines, illustrations and this website belong to Puran Concepts or to those who license them to us.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep this website and our machines working, but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please talk to us first. If we cannot settle it, the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office will decide it, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
